Services

After years of experience and knowledge we are proud to say we have provided professional services in all the Industrial Sectors which include the following:

Industrial

HYDRO BLASTING

Hydro Blasting makes use of high pressure water and/or high volumes (high impact) to clean. It is also chemical free, Using equipment operating at pressures of up to 2500 bar and water flows of up to 50 L/minute, our technicians easily cut through stubborn scales, product buildup, old paint, dirt and rust from structures, leaf filters, press plates, machinery and equipment.

Some typical methods for Hydro Blasting include the following:

Hand Held Gun or Rigid Lance Blasting

HP Guns / Rigid Lances are hand held and operated with spray nozzles used for general cleaning, de coating, structural cleaning and tough concrete cleaning jobs. The gun / lance spray nozzles can be straight, fanned or a spinner device depending on the job at hand.

A

Surface cleaning of concrete, natural stone, brick and metal.

A

Cleaning of façades and buildings

A

Removal of soot, dust, scale build up and dirt.

A

Derusting of steel surfaces and reinforcing bars.

A

Roughening of concrete surfaces to produce rough surfaces with sufficient adhesion for coatings, installation and the application of paint.

A

Removal of paint, mortar, coatings and loose paint layers before new material is applied.

WATER JETTING

Water Jetting makes use of small diameter hoses or tubing with spray nozzles attached, they are used to clean small diameter orifices such as heat exchangers, tube bundles and small pipes. Soft lances are 10m or longer and can be joined together for additional cleaning distances, they can also negotiate bends.

The Water Jetting application can also be used for cleaning larger diameter pipes, drains and sewer lines and the water pressure is also controlled via a foot control valve by the operator. The nozzles are self-propelled by directing more of the water pressure backwards and less forward. These hoses can be coupled together for cleaning longer distances.

Different jets can be adapted to clean the pipes, which means that deposits and severe blockages can be removed. In many cases, pipelines are fixed in place and offer only a few openings for access. In this case, cleaning with high water pressure is possible on site, without the need to deconstruct the pipe, particularly in hard-to-access facilities, whether it is due to high-up places, or narrow areas. In contrast to mechanical tools such as hammers, chisels and brushes, there is no danger of damage during cleaning. The high pressure water jet technology is a quick, simple and extremely cost-effective procedure. Using water as a cleaning medium is simple to recycle.

Some advantages of Water Jetting:

A

The cleaning of pipes is feasible, even in hard-to-access areas

A

Pipes with differing widths can be freed from dirt and deposits

A

Water jetting causes no damages to the inner walls of the pipes

DRY & WET SAND BLASTING

Dry Sand Blasting:

Sandblasting is intended for jobs that require stripping and abrasion using compressed air. We offer many sandblasting services and procedures for removing any types of paint, coatings, debris or growths, rust removal, virtually anything from any surface. Sandblasting is the process of using compressed air to propel abrasive media at a surface to clean.

Wet Sand Blasting:

Wet Sand Blasting is a method many people are not aware of. For years dry sand blasting has been the norm, and if you understand how that process works you simply replace the ‘airflow’ with ‘water flow’ along with a blasting media. Ammlee Group offers an onsite service and the application can be used on many different surfaces such as Steam Boilers for statutory inspections, structures, surface preparation etc. Wet Sandblasting is ideal for industries which have a zero tolerance for dust e.g. Food or Beverage production for human consumption and highly populated areas.

Some of the benefits of Wet Sand Blasting:

A

No Dust Clouds

A

Wet Sand Blasting does not generate heat since it provides its own cooling. Considering the heat generated by dry sand blasting and the warpage you may experience with thinner metals like auto body parts, this technique is an all-encompassing benefit.

A

Wet Sand Blasting can be used in public areas; whereas dry sand blasting and the accompanying dust clouds can be problematic.

A

Great for highway maintenance of painted line removal, and bridge blasting prior to painting.

VACUUMATION

Ammlee Group offers a 24-Hour Vacuuming Service. The Vacuum application works equally well on wet or dry product. A Vacuum Truck or “Super Sucker” is a tanker truck that has a pump (Blower / Liquid Ring). The pump is designed to pneumatically suck liquids, sludges, slurries, dry products from one location and transport it to another or to be disposed of at a dump site.

Vacuuming services include:

A

Dam De-Silting

A

Clarifier Vacuuming

A

Sewer Cleaning

A

Industrial Spills

A

De-Sludging of Tanks, Pits, Trenches and Sumps

A

Vacuuming and Disposal of Hazardous Chemicals
